Gotta give Thanks. I was freaking out about this tattoo on my back. The few people that saw it said it looks nasty and might be infected so I kept adding lotion and lotion on it. It started getting weird soggy looking, so ima try and let it dry:/ hope its good cause I can't ask for another persons opinion cause I wasn't supposed to get it

i got a new tatt of a hummingbird on my foot. Its like my 7th or 8th tattoo now and its the 1st time iver ever had an infected tattoo (damnit!!). Had to go to the doc yesterday as i had been wealking like a bloody pigeon for 2 weeks and like the guy said it was hot to touch red all around and also the hummingbird started to look like a melted zombie or something lol!! the dc and tattooist both said i have a nasty infection so they put me on antibiotics for 8 days.....im just hoping they work :-(

Wow u helped me actually calm down I was scared for nights now I can finally sleep...so I got a tattoo and it's red and itchy idk but I'm going first thing on Monday to a tattoo shop to ask if they think I should go to see a doc about it but it's so damm itchy lol

hi, my gf just got a tattoo on her wrist 3 days ago. Around the tattoo it is slighty darker than her normal skin, i geuss i would say it looks still kinda bruised but we wanted to know if it could be infected.

alot of infections happen not because of the tattooist . but because the person who has a new tattoo doesnt look after it or clean it regulary

if only i seen this a week ago... two weeks ago i got a tattoo on my foot and for a little over a week my whole foot was swollen and I kept asking everyone i knew with tattoos if it was normal everyone told me it was infected even though it wasn't discharging or red nor did it hurt it's fine now but I freaked out for like a week
