  • Lovely voice

  • The ending was a bit otp. but man she's perky! I imagine her to move like that even when she's not singing.

  • Dig the rave up @ 1:36

  • @kevlar21059 LOL i was thinking about Shout when it got to that part. =)

  • I wonder if they had allowed one black person in the background at the party if the film could not have sold in the South.

  • @gvt2u WTF?

Why are you race baiters always showing up to whine?

Go look at "Bikini Beach", which was made in 1964, same bunch. Donna Loren, Candy Johnson, Jody McRea, and of course Frankie and Annette. Not only was one of the band members of "The Pyramids" black, this was one of the first appearances of "Little Stevie Wonder" who sings everyone out of the movie. This is one of the best of the whole series. Race had no part in any of it. It was a fun movie.

    YOU are the racist!

  • @garyp4205 Are you claiming that movies that featured black performers were accepted throughout the deep South in the early to mid-60's? You know, there had been outrage and sponsors pulling ads when a white female singer had gently touched a black singer while performing on a TV variety show in the 60's.

  • Love Candy Johnson popping in at 1:26! She's such a nut! If I could ever have anyone at a party it would be her! She's get everyone in on the fun!

  • Love the boy's hard-on in the speedo's (red trunks) as the marshmallows burst into flames at 1:00 - 1:12

  • Right on Donna, beach babes rule. ;)

  • Donna who?

  • This is wild man! I wish that more of Donna's 1960's tracks could be released on CD. Her brand new CD "Love It Away" is great!

  • She still looks compared to me.

  • I (heart) Donna Loren!

  • It looks like Donna tries not to shake her head too vigorously, because she might lose the wiglet atop her head if she does.

  • i don't know about that

they did a lot of teasing and spraying then

  • She still looks this good!!!!!

    Google her.......

She designs clothing (the bathing suits in this video) and now owns a line of clothing stores.

  • Man she moves well. She really has a lot of flavor! She has that special something about her, like authentic talent.

  • where can you find these songs ? There not on I tunes.

  • The only versions of these songs that were ever released were the covers Annette did on her 1964 "Pajama Party" vinyl LP. None of them are on Itunes, primarily because Disney does a lousy job managing its vintage Buena Vista catalog. Donna's version here was never released on vinyl or any other format.

  • Bummer , thanks !

  • The girl in the orange bikini with yellow fringe, who sets those marshmallows on fire, thats Susan Hart. In August 1964 she married Jim Nicholson who was half owner of American International Pictures (Sam Arkoff owned the other half). AIP is the company that produced and distributed Pajama Party, among the other Annette Funicello Beach Party movies.

  • I've always liked Susan Hart. Girlie was hot!!!

  • Was this ever released on cd or vinyl?I know Annette does a lame version on the Pajama Party lp.

  • I love Donna Loren's version so I recorded this song direct from the dvd...made it into an mp3 file.

  • Donna Loren was my first big crush!!

  • She's so sexy!

  • @buckrind ditto. though she was a teen i think.

  • @bluehairspaz Back in '64 I was only 1. I first saw her on a Saterday afternoon beach movie marathon in the mid seventies. She sang "It Only Hurts When I Cry" and I fell in love.
