Thats more than twice he bought the legion building for. If you're going to buy a building and abandon it, there's no way youre going to get twice what you bought it for, no matter how many friends you have that say the price is "reasonable." The only black and white flags I've seen were in black and white photography. The only reference found on line to this was the application of a low gloss black paint single color national insigne to reduce the infrared image and reduce the vulnerability to infrared guided missiles. This would likely be over the existing vehicle color rather than white, as implied.
