Typical fear mongering. Notice he didn't mention Japan's system. France, Canada, and others' systems all have some very good (and bad!) aspects, and we have the chance to assemble the best of them all,but the private insurance lobby can't afford to have that happen. So you have guys like this. Also, his closing remark was pretty offensive, something about killing people and putting their heads on pitchforks. Get real. That said, I do agree about tort reform, which can still happen in time.
