Hi there , great comments, have a porsche turbo, a duke 749s and a 900 ss duke, love them all, I can go faster for longer in the car, but i am not physically strong enough to get past 200kms on the motorbikes, as it is extremely windy were i live, but do enjoy both immensly, its the rush, i got scared driving the Porsche after 260 kms per hr.

ya, of course a bike has less drag. it also has less power. when your at 160mph the drag/power ratio is much worse for the bike tho. power to wieght ratio matters more at lower speeds. the fastest vehicles in turns are cars.. period. i've watched many back to back superbike/champ car races and compared times. an f1 car can go through turns at much higher speeds than a superbike.

Look at Indy or F1 or any open wheel racing for that matter. Do you think those cars are easy to drive? No. And again they are extremely sensitive, or as the driver put it "touchy". In fact that is a complain about many of the "super" cars out there today, is that they are too touchy.
