First off, your chamber:barrel volume ratio is way off. If you want more power, shoot for a chamber:barrel volume of around 2:3. Yes, the chamber will have less volume than the barrel. For the 18" chamber you're using you should be using a 5 foot barrel. Fuel: static guard is cheap and way more powerful than most other aerosols....hairspray, carb cleaner, etc

It can but probably not with a potato. Try a Washer Slug (see my "Board Break" video) or a golf ball (also in my videos).
