You should check out sum of my throws :) But one thing that i never see covered in tutorials are the points at which your hands need to be trying to catch the poi..... have you ever heard of "stab-points"???? I dunno if thats what theyre called universally (probably not) but those are the points where i aim to catch my throws. Let me know if you have a better way to describe.

@JaviAirhead no, i never eard this. I cach my poi in the quart near the handle, but is not too important this becouse i make "slide" poi in my hand, my hand is relaxed and i hold my poi just when handle touch the hand (i hope i was clear). I will do soon a tutorial on different kind of catches, when wether is going better...

ohh this is nice.. you have definitely inspired me to practice my throws even more than i have been. :-)

with the anti spun throws at 1.28 i have been doing the same but throwing on the top beat which you can also do with both hands. nice work :-) keep your videos coming
