Why yes, as you so astutely note, Wales and England are two different countries. Also while this is interesting it does not match Plato’s description of Atlantis, the only source of the story. It is possible it is merely a type of volcanic rock that forms in regular blocks. Still it should be studied. One last point, Google Earth is freely available for download so it is very unlikely that this image was placed there in order to increase sales as there are no sales to increase.

It was a maritime culture that had outposts on either side of the Atlantic, but at the same time was rather isolated. Anyhoo, I hope that the scientific community takes Google Earth a little more seriously. It was called "Atlan". Atlan was the son of Poseidia. alright, supposing that IS atlantis, wouldn't it be in a round shape? cause if you think about it, when rocks, even rocks that are underwater are weathered (worn away by elements, in this case obviously water) they are normally worn away at the areas where there is less land so it's easier to wash away. so i think it's a fake and as you said, just for publicity
