Terraria - How to open Locked Gold Chests (Golden Key)

@MrSupahMikey you need to search the dungeon for pots as well as kill the dungeon monsters as they will drop a golden key, used to open the golden chest

@pyrobomb101 Dude, your making a roocky mistake. That old man outside the dungeon is the guardian of the Dungeon. If you don't free him of his curse at night, he will kill you if you go deep into the dungeon using a one hit attack.

@MidLord80000 You're going to have to beat skeletron before you can get in the dungeon to get the gold keys... Unless you get lucky and somehow find a gold key in a chest that is unlocked. Then you should hope for a lucky horseshoe, because that's (in my opinion) the best you can get from those islands.

@nathanialbatista The only way to get keys is to go into the dungeon, which means you have to kill skeletron. My suggestions for killing him is to just get the star cannon and kill him in like 20 seconds.
