@mabas21 Doesnt the 2nd ammendment protect you? This is FREEDOM OF THE PRESS as you are recording items and realeasing them to the public, You are doin no harm to anyone So i find it highly unlikely they can ban you from a city for doing a service. If this is true I guess they should ban any news network whom tries to record video from a fire scene as well. And if the police are the ones causing the problems sue them bitches for civil rights violations. I.E Freedom of Press.

@astanford09 The city of Gary is self insured so there is no money to gain, already tried and the lawyer just suggested to walk away. I know what you are saying and agree, but considering how the police fabricate things like in my arrest, I just can't do it. Whats next an arson wrap? (Can't afford it) The funny thing about the media is the Chicago station never come out to Gary, if they do it has to be major. In that case multiple cameras would capture the crooked police breaking the law.

@kacobb1 I was arrested on 4-4-10 for refusing to hand over a tape from a fire scene, I did not refuse to leave or stop recording..... I just refused to give the tape to the cop. Since then I was told the police will continue to screw with me and the lawyer can only do do much. I have a crystal clear record and want to keep it that way. I miss it and love the action, but have to prioritize. Dam responsibility!!!!

@mabas21 WOW! You were providing a service to the people of Gary, as well as the GFD by showing the youtube community exactly what happens here. These idiot Gary leaders will allow A a prod co. to videotape the city & show our sad city in films & documentaries, but a journalistic videographer such as yourself is subjected to arrest? As a Gary citizen I am offended by that, & I would like to apologize for what happned, & thank you for your service.

@kacobb1 WOW, Kevin! I appreciate your comment and it's people like you that make this all worth it for me. I see all your points and agree 100%, I was in wrong place at the wrong time. An upset fire investigator and a police officer that was playing puppet. I wish I could come back, I love the firefighters in Gary and many police officers. The citizens even appreciated what I did, Gary was put on here for the world to see, now it's restricted to Life After People...
