@KEVINKRUD actually, if you look closely you'll see the person they caught was the criminal. You don't know the story leading up this clip, but you do see a guy running from the law and resisting arrest, oh and continuing to abuse the police as he's being restrained. He's lucky they didn't spray him with OC. If this happened more recently he would have been tasered for sure.... and rightly so.

sadly, australian police are the downfall of the criminal justice system. they are just citizens who have a responsibility to prevent breaches of the peace but unfortunately most forget this. the right to give punishment is reserved solely for the learned judiciary, not uneducated police.
