For a really loving and caring family interaction I would have expected the brother to say: "I informed myself about Locks of Love. They sell 98% of the donated hair. This is not a good organizaton. I love my sister and I love her beautiful hair. Please, Hannah, do not make me cut your hair. Keep it so beautiful and long as it is!"
