I managed to download Halo 3 onto it. you just urn it from the xbox 360 onto the htc shift alter the controls and there you go. i know its off topic but i thought it was worth mentioning.

I think those are Samsung Q1's or some other tablet style UMPC they do not look like the shift.

I'm considering to buy this, but there's 1 thing I need to know first: is it possible to communicate with normal telephones? I saw at a webshop that this doesn't support communicating with normal telephones via MSN but the umpcportal website does say that GSM is supported. Also, what does wireless WAN mean? you can just use internet anywhere?

Hi. There's no possibility to use this as a phone.

GSM data is supported. Not GSM Voice.

Wireless WAN = Cellular data (GSM/UMTS) where you can but a data contract and connect anywhere there is a mobile phone signal. Can be expensive though!
