After being over 72 hours late on delivery, they told me "We're sorry, but due to the amount of orders and deliveries we're making right now, changes on orders already placed are not possible at this time." So... can't even get a refund.
I feel the pain. I placed my order on 1/27/12 to be delivered on 2/14/12, three weeks from the arrival date! You guessed it, they never showed. Tried calling, forget about it! They Suck! Send a message to them, don't use them and hopefully they will go out of business!
1800 FLOWERS SUCKS!!!!!! I paced an order for V day flowers delivery and it wasn't deliver during the business hours. Spent $200 for flowers. No tracking updates on the website, and the customer service 1800 number is not taking any calls. 1800Flowers YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im sorry that you guys had bad experiences with 1800 flowers but i can assure you not only would we refund your entire order and redeliver as well as offer a credit towards your next purchase but we also offer to call the reciever of your gift and explain the problem. i can see from the video about that this was actually the fault of ups not the florist vendor or 1800 flowers but regardless we would have taken all blame and refunded it all
Called them last monday to order flowers for Friday to be delivered by 11 am, they didnt show up so I called to have them delivered at 1 pm at a different location, still no show, then they said they would be delivered on monday, then I get a call on Saturday saying they were already delivered on friday at noon to the original location...WTF, called them, got my money back, got free flowers, ugly and the Chocolate looked like it was previously opened.
emailed said i'd get credit then said credit wasn't valid yet next call credit was expired...mind you all in 3 weeks after b'day...just got off the phone with totally inept service person...asked for manager, put on hold ...manager never picked up after a lengthy wait...
unfortunately you had a bad experience, however just a "tip" ordering flowers for a critical holiday like valentines day which is celebrated and recognized on one day (2/14) it is very overwhelming to accommodate the massive orders received by vendors and florists and can and will be delayed due to weather conditions if need be. my suggestion to you: if you aren't happy go shop somewhere else" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the tip...I kind of figured it'd be a busy day, that is why I ordered weeks early. I have ordered for years from Amazon as late as the day before xmas & still received my order even during bad weather. Seems like I planned, but they didn't...And their follow up sucked...sounds like you work @ 1800flowers.
That's too bad you had trouble with your order. If you get in touch with customer service I know they will refund, redeliver, or exchange your order. Hope that helps!!
I got a refund. They did not deliver Valentine Flowers on the appropriate date - that is what their company is suppose to do. The 1st customer service rep hung up on me. He said they were too busy answering all the complaints. Their 2nd customer rep was very nice & stated their phones were ringing for 2 days because of all their missed delivers. Their Director of Customer Service has yet to return my call. The money is not the issue! I was expecting something delivered on a special occasion.
