I live in North India, the rains could not get the monsoon winds up north. It would be interesting if it rained here. I believe it also rained Aliens in Bombay sometime between 2004 and 2008. I cant be sure.
actually life is possible withought dna in some forms they think - Viruses they now think are rengade DNA that has evolved into a different type of organisim (they are no longer dna but rna). interesting fact is 30% of humans dna is from viruses infecting ous in the past!
