IS NOT!!!! This takes place 40 years after the original anime, and Speed Sr. was 18then, So he's at least 48 years old!!!

another thing, a guy named Peter frendez, he voiced speed in the original anime, and he voices spritle in this show, he also still voices Speed Sr. in this show.

Also, in the original series, Peter Fernandez voiced Racer X. You could just barely recognize his voice, because it was so much deeper than Speed's..
