  • Why can't this be me? :(

  • That sure looks like a lot of fun!

  • What a rush!

  • Mark,

    I've lost your email.

Please bring me up to date.

    Woody

  • Beautiful. I though you were going under the bridge for sure.

  • 1:25 flying by my house!

  • hey hey and we neighbours EH !

  • @markfreeman408 You related to Sarah Palin?

  • where can you get skis for a kitfox/avid I've tried to find them but can't.. your reference would be alot of help

  • I make skis , contact me

  • wow, do you have your own.

  • I will go check it out. That is still really impressive speed for a 582. I am building a Series 7 SS witha 912, cant wait to see what it will do !

  • Iv 's are faster then the pre IV models due to different wing, and leading edge. A few other mods add to speed - ie struts faired.

Model 7 well keep it light or you lose out your STOL ability. Look at these heavy things guys are building now at 900lbs UNREAL

  • I thought you were going to go under the bridge :) I saw your airspeed pegged at 120 MPH, is that accurate ??? I did not think a kitfox with a 582 would go that fast in level flight.

  • Good observation but alot of Kitfox ASI will read high at the high end and low at the low end. That one on skis or bush wheels will hit wide open straight in level about 105 mph. A 912 one will see about 120 mph depending on what is is cleaned up. Chek out new forum I post at , kinda neat post videos right in posts RotaxAircraft . com

  • Excellent video - really enjoyed it. Thanks. Must have been cold!

  • Glad you liked it .

  • Very exciting flight.

    Where was it?

    When

  • Ontario Canada - a few weeks ago

  • @kitfoxflyer is this near Fergus? That river looks familiar.

  • @flightstarpilot - negative ....... but i been up that way lots -- I go on floats into Connestoga lake once in a while to see a guy I know

  • then you would have a forced approach :)

  • Amusing point of view in this video ! I feel my self as the passenger ! But i'm afraid at seeing some clear water down the river in case of an engine quit !

    Goog video. Thanks
