The sun and moon are the only things that exert a measureable gravitational pull on the Earth. The Moon causes tides etc, the Sun is massive and what all planets orbit. The other planets have no measureable pull on Earth AT ALL. Gravity weakens with distance, so how much of a noticeable pull could Mars or Venus have on us, let alone Uranus and Neptune
