Sadly this is a very old school reel and all of these were VHS. Back in the day you were very lucky to get dubbed current versions of Anime. It's amazing how much of the Japanese Culture has spread across America in 20 years.
@tubiewer It's an after movie Manga Title Trailer. All of the old Manga Video VHS's had it. The modern DVD's prob have them too but with different titles and music probably.
