Lip locking/mouth biting is a known aggresive trait in many synodontis species where they have hierarical or territorial disputes. It is a little more severe than other aggresive actions they take but a 90g should have enough space for 2 individuals. Do you know the sexes? If not search on Planet Catfish for details of sexing synodontis - 2 of the same sex often leads to copious aggression
I've watched all 6 scenes...could be a long foreplay without spawning. But I tend to an intense mouth-to-mouth fight. Check out my "hybrid Synodontis spawning video"...it's a bit badly lit, but you may detect how the male entwines around the female ("T-position").
