you may want to change the title to C44-9W, which is the wide cab. I knew what you meant but others may not, just a suggestion. Very helpful video though!
Fiber optics are a thing of the past. LED's are the thing now. you did a really good job on that NS model. I model CSX and late Chessie. i have 2 SD-70MAC's and i want to put sound in them. the issue i have found right now is they are athearn genesis units.
Did you need to pt resistors or capacitors on the surface mount LED's? I noticed that on the tsunami board the function output is 3.3 V. I dont know much about LED's and voltage, but will the 3.3 volts work strait with the leds? I want to do a project like this, but I want to make sure That I will be able to do it without a huge waste of time and money. Thanks!
Where did you get the fiber optic rods you tried to use for the head lights on your other loco conversion! What Dia's are available? You have become a great source for knowledge and idesa. Thanks
How hot do those sub miniature led's get? This is a great video! Any place you can recommend that may have a Kato High number board shell for sale, I'm in the process of going to a NS layout.
I absolutely LOVE the realistic flash pattern of the ditch lights! You see so many abrupt flash on/off lights done by other modelers and when it's done right, it looks so much better!
great repaint it looks great but the lights in the cab i think that inside you could paint them black so you dont see the fiberoptic lights but the rest of the model is awesome did you air brush it?
Great video!

Would the installation of the lights with a QSI decoder work in an athearn Dash9?
