hey man as always GREAT JOB! ive always wondered what process u go through in making your suits? I know u probably hate hearing it but If there not sculpted n casted out how do u make them? Ive been trying different methods started with pepakura, vacuum forming, and then hand sculpted clay with smooth on casting but still they dont match yours lol. Can't wait to hear back thanks

@starwars65622 Thanks, well all the process i do is free hand and form the plastic by hand. I mostly eye ball most of the suit, but use measuring tape to make sure its the right size. Alot of thinking to hide the rivets and etc.. I don't like Vacuum forming because it doesn't show much detail, Clay is is great to use as well for sculpting. Pepakura, doesn't really teach skill, if you do it on your own skill by thinking and by hand "trial and error". you'll build up from your own experience.

@emachines390 Mark 4 "Iron man 2" is after the Mark 3 "original Iron man, from Iron man Movie". The Mark V is the suit case armor. Mark 6 is inspired designed from the extremis design from the comic
