@BOI8249 -- In natural competitions they test you for steroids. Notice how standard bodybuilding competitions don't say "natural".

Oh yes and don't be fooled. There are drugs you can take to alter the levels of specific things in your body which change after your take steroids for up to 3 months. Just because someone is a natural body builder does not mean they have never taken steroids. It just means they've been off them for a few months or have dodged the tests.
