Here I'll help you guys out IOS is designed for simplicity you and cant really customize it, android on the other hand is more complex but you can do more with it. So if your ready to put on your big boy pants get the xoom if not get the block grid iPad which doesn't even let you play flash content because they don't want to strike a deal with adobe. The iPad2 is "theres an app for that", while a xoom is "you don't need an app to do that".

$800 isn't bad, considering the hardware is better than the iPad 2 and so is Android.

The hard drive is only 32GB, but it also has a mini usb port, which means you can get an adapter for usb 2 or 3, which means you can plug an external hdd into it, which eliminates your memory limitations.

$600 is AWESOME. I'd want the 3G/4G coverage anyways. Not everywhere you go is going to have wifi and a lot of apps need internet. The only thing it'd be good for is movies, music, and games at that point :P

I think this is one of those electronic devices people who can wait should. The Ipad seemed like it was just released yesterday and now the Ipad2 is already getting a release date with upgrades that should have been included in the original. I for sure am going to wait a year or two before purchasing one of these tablets.
