It true in every city where meth is being cooked, what do you think people cooking meth do with their waste, have it properly disposed of according to regulation, or dump it down the city drain?
No, it isn't the drug itself. Its the chemical waste from the production of the drug. It isn't meth, but it sure as hell isn't something you'd want in your drinking water.
