@darkzvideoz As you see in the description, it's the guy under the white wolf mountain (east of Catherby). I think you need to do or start the quest Fishing Contest to enter it. Then inside there will be many dwarves but Captain Ninto is a gnome.

Ye the gneral idea is coreect but i think for example its better to just throw in 1 2 and 3 and then make the snake with 4 and 5 , this saves having to move out pieces all the way around the puzzle.
