I wish my interest in Japan sparked later in life like when I have more money...and I wish I had a longer attention span lol. I lost interest but im trying to get back into it.
I used to eat there 3-4 times a week. I never got tired of it. I miss it every day. When I go back for a visit, it's always the first thing I have for dinner or late night snack.
Really? I almost didn't upload it because I thought it was total crap. If it helped you in some way, then I'm happy. Did you like how I used your video?
I laughed really hard when I saw that you used the part where I screwed up and looked cracked out. I also liked your subtitles. The clock chimes made me happy as well. I pictured you with a grandfather clock that has a secret stairway to your lab hidden behind it.
ps. that's cool how you started because you needed to respond to one of victor's vids. Lately I've been trying to encourage more video responses in efforts to get more people a'vloggin!
I am big fan of the video response. I love video responses more than text comments. I really wish more people would make them. They are much more fun than text comments.
Boring? Maybe not high energy like Victor, but I like your reminiscent stories. And I like to hear different peoples experiences sometimes. Especially when I'm wondering how far from normal mine are sometimes.
Velly funny, my fellow intertube user. *got distracted half-way through by waigugi's vid in the related column called 'popped a bone.' then got distracted again in the related column by waigugi's vid with the most views called, 'my perverted feet.'* Oh, the fetishists of youtube! And thus the cycle of distraction continues!
To make a comparison : Where I'm living, Victor usually has his vids up in the morning and his energy helps me wake up. Meanwhile yours tend to be at night, and your mellow style actually does have a calming effect - though I wouldn't say it puts me to sleep. I appreciate the self-deprecation that often finds its way into your videos, but put simply if we didn't want to watch you we wouldn't subscribe. Ganbare Chemist!
I watch your channel because your views are interesting. You are not boring at all. 2 Questions.1. why is there smoke coming off above your head? 2. what is the name of the background music?
what was the music played from 8:12 ? It sounded really good, if you have anymore similar songs please let me know.
ginda92646 2 years ago
It is one of the music samples provided in Apple's iMovie.

darn it, time to find and dl. lol
ginda92646 2 years ago
If the stuff you have playing on your videos is any indication of what you listen to IRL, I dare say: You, sir, have great taste in music.
benighted2 2 years ago
My taste in music is questionable, at best. :D
ChemistInJapan 2 years ago
This was cool. And the self-deprecation is like a poker tell fir your Japan-related experience.

I like corn dogs. I'm not sure why they don't call them corn dogs in Japan.
RisuMiso 2 years ago
Indeed. I figure if you put "corn" in the name, that would make it more popular since adding corn to everything seems to be a popular thing to do.

I'll be perfectly honest. I am terribly unconcerned with whether or not if the video is disappointing.

I sometimes think it would take all I have to be as high energy as Victor and some of the other guys. My videos are definitely low key.

2. It's called "Buddy." It's a piece of music supplied with Apple's iMovie.
