  • what was the music played from 8:12 ? It sounded really good, if you have anymore similar songs please let me know.

  • It is one of the music samples provided in Apple's iMovie.

  • darn it, time to find and dl. lol

  • If the stuff you have playing on your videos is any indication of what you listen to IRL, I dare say: You, sir, have great taste in music.

  • My taste in music is questionable, at best. :D

  • This was cool. And the self-deprecation is like a poker tell fir your Japan-related experience.

  • I'm glad you liked it.

  • I wish my interest in Japan sparked later in life like when I have more money...and I wish I had a longer attention span lol. I lost interest but im trying to get back into it.

  • You can make it happen.

  • CoCo curryhouse is pretty damn awesome yeah:D

  • I used to eat there 3-4 times a week. I never got tired of it. I miss it every day. When I go back for a visit, it's always the first thing I have for dinner or late night snack.

  • Storyteller would suit you indeed haha

  • I wish they had that type.

  • well done. kept us hooked for the whole 9:35.

  • Well, I'm glad.

  • I like corn dogs. I'm not sure why they don't call them corn dogs in Japan.

  • Indeed. I figure if you put "corn" in the name, that would make it more popular since adding corn to everything seems to be a popular thing to do.

  • grey hairs? lucky

  • In what way, exactly? I should have dyed it like I always do.

  • The little subtitles under your names was great.

  • Thanks. It took forever to think of them all.

  • Starting the video with meal preferences... you can't go wrong after that!

  • I was having a terrible craving for Coco, so decided to talk about it.

  • pure gold. lol

  • Probably more like pure lead. :D

  • love your videos- they ain't boring at all. + you have a very relaxing voice a la Morgan Freeman

  • Wow, thanks.

  • i was a little disappointed in the fact that i misread this and expected you to have a conversation with waluigi

  • 何でやねん。あんたが言うな。

I'll be perfectly honest. I am terribly unconcerned with whether or not if the video is disappointing.

    調子に乗るな!

  • same here :) haha

  • That was interesting. Are you in Nagoya? Maybe I asked that before...

  • Thanks. No, I'm in the US for the time being.

  • There is a ghost in the top left of this footage!

  • Ghost or ceiling fan, it's hard to tell sometimes.

  • Awesome! Thanks.

  • Really? I almost didn't upload it because I thought it was total crap. If it helped you in some way, then I'm happy. Did you like how I used your video?

  • I laughed really hard when I saw that you used the part where I screwed up and looked cracked out. I also liked your subtitles. The clock chimes made me happy as well. I pictured you with a grandfather clock that has a secret stairway to your lab hidden behind it.

  • ps. that's cool how you started because you needed to respond to one of victor's vids. Lately I've been trying to encourage more video responses in efforts to get more people a'vloggin!

  • I am big fan of the video response. I love video responses more than text comments. I really wish more people would make them. They are much more fun than text comments.

  • Boring? Maybe not high energy like Victor, but I like your reminiscent stories. And I like to hear different peoples experiences sometimes. Especially when I'm wondering how far from normal mine are sometimes.

  • I sometimes think it would take all I have to be as high energy as Victor and some of the other guys. My videos are definitely low key.

  • Velly funny, my fellow intertube user. *got distracted half-way through by waigugi's vid in the related column called 'popped a bone.' then got distracted again in the related column by waigugi's vid with the most views called, 'my perverted feet.'* Oh, the fetishists of youtube! And thus the cycle of distraction continues!

  • So people did read them. :D

I love the series of tubes that brings me to YouTube.

    足フェチ? Not for me.

  • Boeing 777ってめちゃウケたww

  • It jumped into my head and I just had to say it.

  • Of all the J bloggers you and TokyoCooney are the funniest. lol

  • Why, thank you.

  • boring?

    u have 560 subs.

for me.. u are like an inspiration of how too be smart on an high level with/by following your goals of life

  • I appreciate the kind words, but there are far smarter people out there.

  • Hahahaha

    THE INTERENT.

    De gozaimasu.

  • No, the INTERTUBE!

  • Oh ye lol. My bad.

  • To make a comparison : Where I'm living, Victor usually has his vids up in the morning and his energy helps me wake up. Meanwhile yours tend to be at night, and your mellow style actually does have a calming effect - though I wouldn't say it puts me to sleep. I appreciate the self-deprecation that often finds its way into your videos, but put simply if we didn't want to watch you we wouldn't subscribe. Ganbare Chemist!

  • I, too, watch videos in the morning. I like to watch them while eating breakfast.

  • Boring is hardly the word I use to describe. In fact, you're one of my favorite channels.

  • Thanks.

  • I watch your channel because your views are interesting. You are not boring at all. 2 Questions.1. why is there smoke coming off above your head? 2. what is the name of the background music?

  • 1. Reflection from the ceiling fan.

    2. It's called "Buddy." It's a piece of music supplied with Apple's iMovie.

  • Lol. I totally know what you mean with the spiraling out of control.

And I agree that storyteller would be a good fit for you. I enjoy the stories.

  • Well, thank you.
