Also Papa John's Drivers get paid 7.25 an hr while in store BUT when ya clock out your delivery you start makin $4.25 an hr . So when ya ever order pizza for delivery remember your delivery man doesnt just sit and wait for everything to be prepared for them , they are really doing it all at points , and in the end the wear and tear on the car well cath up with ya . So $2.00 tip is not so hot for a far trip especially when we do it all ,

And what most people that order from papa johns dont realize is that thier drivers dont just sit around waiting for an order .If your an opening driver you have to slice the vegies in the morning , label the date on the containers, we also switch positions and do all thats needed like , manning the oven , labeling the box's, answer the phones , make the pizza when busy , cut the pizza , box it up , wash dish's , make sure the order is correct , sweep the floors , make box's, and more.....

Im a Papa Johns Delivery driver , 2 dollars tip on a 10 dollar order isnt so bad for a waiter but when ya drive your car in delivvery it can be very bad . Example I have a ford focus 2007 20 miles a gallon in the city 30 mpg on the highway . Lets say I have to drive 5 miles to deliver then drive back to the store 5 miles . Gas is $2.65 cents now so at 20 mpg im makin like .88 cents for that delivery . The only thing that saves me from cheap customers is I get 1.35 out of the $2.00 deliv charge
