I think the guy who made these sheets screwed it up because Cap hits you INSTANTLY. Howevver he did this method greatly reduced it's effect. Buy some crystals and just eat one

the reason you don't get the heat as soon as you eat it is the alcohol has evaporated and it turned back into crystal form there for not hot when you eat it but can damage the stomach as crystal breaks down in stomach if you really want to experience pure capsacin crystal heat just put a crystal in a small shot if vodka warm it to dissolve the crystal mix it then knock it back. then you will get the real heat of it. i don't recommend it though lol

Try dissolving it in vodka and drinking it, that way you will get the full effect. Check out Darth Naga's video where he does it.
