Aww I feel bad for the little guy. My little fellow has the opposite reaction. When I say no he starts laughing at me. It's a bit frustrating (but cute and adorable at the same time) when you try to teach your child some boundaries and he laughs, shakes his head and says "no no no" and does it again. The more often I say no the funnier he thinks his "game" is.

Don't laugh when saying no. To him, no means your displeased with his action. Hearing this makes him sad. He doesn't want you to be 'mad' at him. He cries, you and dad laugh. Talk about mixed messages. It's all these little mom and dad 'games' that stick, like a mini computer file tucked away for future use. Children are confronted with enough 'bad programming', parents are there to help him/her understand with positive reinforcement.

I used to cry a lot as a baby/little kid and remained an extremely sensitive person; those kind of things seen in the video have made it all even worse.
