izokin, the late 70's through mid-eighties were a blast! There was an odd sort of energy at shows. Very intense!!!! As for green day....the do blow! Them and bands such at them were perhaps the biggest reason punk went downhill. They're a goofy "bubble gum" version of what it use to be like.
