Have you read the report or are you only listening to what you're told? The report may not state specifically 'conservatives' or 'republicans' but it contains a list of conservative issues such as abortion and illegal immigration, which in effect adds them to the list.

When the goal is to take out the most powerful , free country ever conceived by mankind, you can't do it out in the open until you have absolute power like they do now.
1913 first year of the Federal Reserve notice it took until 1971 to put the final nails into the "gold" backed dollar. If you do it all at once it doesn't work out. Slow methodical agenda, the US dollar taking a big value hit is one of the final stages.
