I had one of these.
Bought new in '64.
They were MUCH quicker than anyone expected.
Not really a Sleeper, but close.
I would almost kill to have mine back.
I got a GTO in 68 (a '67 at the beginning of the '68 model year) and the Catalina performed about as well as the GTO.
The 2 cars even looked very much alike.

Love it. I also own a 64 catalina. I have the 2+2 option 421 with a 4speed. Mine is black on black with the redline tires as well

Thats my dream car right there. My first car was a 1979 catalina 301 2bbl and i loved it. Still miss it. Anyway, great video!!!!!

Thats a good lookin car. My dad has a 64 Catalina convertible and we are gettin ready to start on another 64 Catalina once we sell his 1940 Pontiac Coupe.
