I liked the comment the difference between a goal and a dream is a wriiten word. It really shows you steps that you can take to help you better achieve you goal in mind. It sort of breaks it down for you.

I have given great thought to what Terry said about every decision making you closer or further from your goal. He is right. Whatever your goals may be, every decision will effect them in some way.

Wow girl..you sure did your homework! I was lost on my journey for many months. I finally made goals for myself (other than just wanting to lose weight), and I can't believe how good I feel when I make the daily goals. I can only imagine how I'll feel at my longterm ones. Great video and good luck with your goals :)

I have a video editing program called powerdirector by cyberlink and it is part of that package, very easy program to use and work out :) Glad you liked the vid to :) xxx
