i have this game, the only way to get passengers is to buy the small or medium ship. then, build lots of cabins, half large , the other half small. then hire as many staff members as you can without spending too much money. you need to save a lot of money for when you set sail, u need to buy fuel too. if u forget to buy fuel and set sail, you will lose.

after you arrive at the next stop, you should get 30-100 passengers depending on where you are.then build shops and entertanment.good luck! :)

To be honest that game sucks. The game's performance starts slowing down as you go further in the game and the next thing you'll know, right after your cruise ship has more than 250 passengers the game becomes INSANELY SLOW AND CRASHES.
