That looks terrible. you must have very weak rig. my rig gets about 80fps at 1920x1200. Ware is the detail have you got all setting on low?

I never tested it so I don't know exactly what fps I had but it ran very smoothly... there were sometimes little stuttering because of the vga-ram

dont forget that I maxed everything out at 1920x1200! everything at 100%

hmm... this configuration (now it's updated) costed something about 1900 Euro (with all the shit like transport costs and so on)

But don't forget that this was the price after release and now you can buy it for much cheeper!

No, I don't have stuttering and pauses... But I don't have stuttering and pauses even non overclocked.. but try to overclock a little and close all the programms which are running in background... do you have stuttering in gta4 or in all games?

Before anyone says that this AMD CPU sucks may I remind you that he is using FRAPS. With my 9950BE (3.3ghz OC on SB600 at about 25-30c) and my 4870x2 I'm getting 26-35FPS, sometimes higher with 1680x1050 and extremely high settings. The game only stutters a little when u first load a game but after 30secs it becomes very fluid. I'm also using vista ultimate x64 with the same RAM as Akan6 :)

Exactly.. I'm using Fraps and everything is set to the MAX!! Also the distance settings ( both set to 100 with -nomemrestrict command) This is why it slows down when you left your house...

My mainboard is a very nice DFI UT 790fx-M2R with a Noctua NH-C12P heatsink and fan, expensive but worth it. I don't have prime95 but It has been at 3.5ghz for a day now and I've ran lots of stuff like 3dmark vantage and playing gta4 set on very high with no problems, I might even try 3.6ghz. On a different note, the new ati 9.2 drivers do make gta4 play smoother and has fixed the bug where gta4 would crash after 30mins. :)
