Firstly - actually, I have permission - Sega are aware of my remixes. They gave their blessing and my pieces have been featured on their blog.

Secondly, it's also largely my own. The original was not written for an orchestra. Passages & accompaniments were composed and added by myself. This takes time and effort on my part.

Lastly, It's a general courtesy and good manners to not be an ass. Remixing something is not quite the same as copy-pasting it into your own videos and things.
