Lol I think he was talking about not buying an iPhone not because he didn't have money but because he found it very complicated, especially the touch feature. Then Defconn kept forcing him to buy one, and Heechul said he shouldn't do that to him 'cos he's very famous and has lots of fans in the countries he stated. Then he just thanked the fans for supporting the album and asked them to support Defconn too. And he ended by saying one shouldn't buy an iPhone. LOL HEECHUL WHY. XD
