congrats on 4 months..your voice has dropped so much and nice facial hair bro..congrats on losing weight man..you should join up on my fitness challenge..it is true lol water and fruits and veggies are key...i follow the pyramid very closer...i eat breakfast lunch and dinner and have a fruit or veggie in between every meal and usually a fruit with lunch as well..i bodybuild so if you want any tips let me know tho it sounds like you know your nutrition :)
