  • Yum, thanks for Moll and Jamie

  • Bloody marvellous! I'm gagging for this autumns offering of brilliant Costume Drama. I hear that it could be a new version of Jane Austens Emma.

  • Great job as always! Thanks esp for so many clips from Lorna Doone. :)

  • I have seen a period drama "Daniel ..." but I don´t remind the full name. Could you help me? And which movie is it at 3:25? Beautiful vid and awesome editing. 5*

  • Deronda, yes thank you!!! Mh, I must looking for this Sense and Sensibility :)

  • What movie is 1:59?

  • St Ives :)

  • wow-- quite a few movies I didn't recognize--

I thought I had seen them all--

what movies were at 0.05 sec and 2.30 sec-- thanks for sharing

  • The first clip was from Lorna Doone, the second clip could also be Lorna Doone, reason I am not so sure on the second clip is because of the fast changes :)

  • thanks for the quick reply

-- I stayed up and watched Lorna Doone last night-- lovely story--

what about 2:16 ( couple kissing) and 1:25 couple in bed-- didn't see those movies either--

    thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The first one is from All for Love *Uk title* or St Ives as it is called in the US. Second one is A Shadow in the North, Second Story in a two Story set. The first one of it is called "The Ruby in the Smoke"

  • Loved it, Angela! :) And I noticed some movies I have yet to see! lol Love those period (costume) dramas...

  • Thanks HP and hi :D

  • Youre such a perfectionist with timing, arent you? :) loved it! Looks like a hard work to collect put on time line and after put all together! Favorited!

  • Thank you, I have been working harder on getting timing on my videos, I used to not pay a lot of attention to it, but figured it worked better when using a track with a lot of beats :D

  • This is fantastic Angela!!! I don't remember seeing this one before.

  • Thanks Rose, glad you liked it :D

  • This is amazing! I absolutely loved it!

  • Thank you very much :)

can you tell me what all the films are i know most but not all

  • Angela this is excellent, the timing of the music fits in really well with the clips and you've chosen lots of my favourite bits! :D

  • Thank you :D

  • This is amazing, Angela! The clips are exactly in time with the music - it is so great to watch. I have seen all the dramas featured except St Ives, which I will be looking out for. :)

  • Thank you very much, I really liked St Ives I had to buy it from America as I couldn't get it in the UK, but it has a lot of humour as well as romance in it and I loved it when I saw it on tv several years ago so I had to get it.

  • what movies are shown on 1:23 - 1:39? is that james mcavoy with richard coyle in clip 3:30? what movie is that from? i will have to add them on my next amazon order - LOL - especially Lorna Doone :) this was awesome angela! . . .btw, i'm still trying to catch up on all the views that i've received - LOL!

  • Yes that is a very young James in Lorna Doone. The other movies are "The shadow in the North" and "St Ives" and thanks.

  • Lovely! May I ask what is the period drama at that kiss at 3:25? Love the credits music!

  • It is from the new version of Sense and sensibility. I don't like the guy who plays Willoughby a whole lot, but the kiss is pretty good lol.

  • I did not like that Willoughby either. It's good you managed to extract at least a good kiss!

  • So many costumes .. so much Drama ! Perfect stuff !

  • Thank you :D

  • So many costume dramas! I have seen all of them except St Ives and Cranford, but I will look around for them now I have seen your video.

  • You should see them if you can, St Ives is fun and has a lot more humour than costume dramas usually do, Cranford is really good too, not as good as North and South, but I really liked it.

  • Wow! How productive you are when you've got time on our hands and no internet connection to distract!! And we are the beneficiaries of it! What a whole lot of movie clips; now I feel that i want to watch them all! thanks so much for putting this vid together.

  • Thanks Myarcell, lol the net does often make me procrastinate, I felt a lot more focused without it, not saying I want to lose it again though, lol!

  • Thank you, the music is called "The Ball" by Craig Armstrong, it is from the Plunkett and McCleane soundtrack :)

  • Whoa, lotta cravat and bonnet porn, and it's awesome! Love the music too...you always find the perfect song. St. Ives was an underrated gem, imo. Thanks for resurrecting it!

  • thank you, g;ad you liked it :)

  • It was "The shadow in the north" one of the Sally Lockhart Mysteries, Billie Piper was in :)

  • Love it love it love it love it! What film was at 3:29-3:32?

  • Oh gosh Angela, I just loved this. A meltdown indeed. :) Ooh you have Lorna Doone clips. I just saw that one. Really good.

  • Yes, I really love Lorna doone and James mcAvoy looks so young in it doesn't he :D

  • LOL! Yes I was surprised to see JM in that film and looking so young. :)

  • I'm terribly curious to know...was that Jack Davenport in one of those clips? If so, I'd love to know the name of which period drama he was in. I'm afraid I'm hoplessly fond of him...*sigh* A girl can dream....

  • I love jack Davenport too, I want to make a vid about him sometime in the future as I have some of his work on dvd
