@xAUSSIEREAPER agree but i'm not talking about earthlings only. all civilisations in star trek seems to have the same level of technology. most advanced are maybe 200 300 years before us like vulcans.
i heard some are thousand years more advanced, but it's no match compared to stargate where History have millions years span.
@zecle That's because in Trek, just about everyone much more advanced than the standard Trek basically evolves to god like beings...if they don't get wiped out/are wiped out first.
Just as an example the Iconians with gateway tech that makes the unwieldy Stargates blush were around a 100,000 years before. Evolved dinosaurs from Earth were around...well at a minimum 65 million years ago.
@xAUSSIEREAPER but not only that, i was talking about power. just look how in star trek you need 3 weeks to travel from a galaxy to another, while in star trek you take months to get across the milky way galaxy.
@TheJoseph4774 The thing is, this is a Daedalus class ship from Stargate. At the time I made this little test I wasn't aware of Daedalus class vessels in Star Trek.
It looks like the Daedelus is using their railguns or standard nukes, both of which would bounce of the Enterprise's shields like popcorn. Likewise, the Enterprise's weapons wouldn't do much to Asgard shields. With Asgard beam weapons the Daedelus would win easily, but with the weapons it has in this video it would be a stalemate.
@WUZLE A true railgun is actually a plasma cannon, typically whatever projectile is used melts during travel to a plasma "less than liquid state" and re-integrates upon impact. It's physics bro. so any type of electro-magnetic shielding would have no effect on the projectile considering it's lost it's physical properties to be affected by it.
LOL, the reverse flip is hilarious. In real terms I think the daedalus would kick the enterprise Ass. Not realistic to compare constitution class armament to ori busting beam weapons. :)
Traveler Ships can pull that manouver...SGA Lost Tribe;) Seriously even an Al'kesh could blow up the Enterprise....Traveler ships could blow up the Enterprise E...Look how drones could'nt get through their shields instantly and the Travelers put up a good fight aggainst the Asurans;) Anyways..Nice vid
Stargate FTW. (I still like star trek though)

Boring animation, poor choice of epic music.

this is normal to see this. stargate technology is far more powerful than in star trek. although it's set 200 years later !

@zecle Yes but to be far to the trekkies they developed it on their own. Stargate uses Asgard tech that has been developed over thousands of years

Good video, but I don't think that ship is Daedalus class. Didn't they have spherical hulls?
