@gtabmwm3 well search on google GTA Vice City Mod Installer and it will tell you GTA Vice City and GTA III Mod Installer(they the same) install it ,then it tells you what game (GTA III or GTA Vice City choose Vice City)browse the car,then choose a car from vice city ,name the car ,then your done
