There is no return policy for Bad Boy (read the reciept) unlike Best Buy and Future Shop. The best way to tell how crappy a store is by examining their return policy.
Bad Boy is pure shit - they don't even know the policies of their delivery personnel and if you want to cancel the order you have to go back to the original store you went to which is a much longer distance from ones house then your local Best Buy or Futureshop.

If you can, please try and find the Bad Boy one from about 92/93 that had former Toronto Maple Leaf Rob Pearson in it.. I always thought it was so corny.. The commercial started with him saying "Pearson here..."
You may not remember it, and may be impossible to find, but thought I would give it a try.. It would bring back bigtime memories from my childhood..
