@KatamariParadox Some guy comes in and kills you. View real ending shows how that guy who tried to kill you gets sliced in half, and you fight the real final boss.

Just a little fun fact here, but the assassin at the end (that barges into Travis on the can) is a tribute Emir Parkreiner from Killer 7. Ironically, in Killer 7 Emir's first hit was named Travis Bell, this even takes place before Killer 7 but you get to talk to Travis' ghost in the game.
