I like this kind of story man.. So this girl actually wan to return the wallet to this guy and caused her friend to die.. so in regret, she act as her friend, and think that she is the 1 who died.. And its a surprise to know that the doctor is actually the ex gf of the guy that broke up with her and be with this patient girl, and the guy knew what had happened eventually, losing a friend just for his wallet!
