  • Careful in using only one approach, such as a DCF - you need a holistic approach to valuation. Check out investmentquality.co.uk to see their approach.

  • @TheValuationsExpert I never used only one approach and I never advised the use of only one approach. Personally I use a weighted average of several approaches, but always the highest weighting goes to DCF and how high it is depends upon the quality of the forecast - the appropriateness of the assumptions and their verifiableness, as well as a check over the maths in the forecast.

This gives you what a business will be worth in the future but nobody would pay that. There has to be a margin.

  • could you please email me the file. Thanks.

  • @sanjargulyamov I've added some instructions for getting that table into the description. I cannot publicise the original file with the internet sources I'm using, and I don't have the ability to email it unless I have an email address. That's why I added it to huliganov tv blog, and hopefully you can copy-paste that table into excel.

  • can you please send me the file as well? thank you

  • @titika2010 See huliganov dot TV in the section "Answers to your Questions". TY.
