  • could some tell me if this is a good work out for ur abbs and biceps. every second day i do 500 sit ups and then the other days i do 200 reps of 3.5kg

  • wat i do is 100 a day and rep and pump 100 punds then pump 200 with doing leg reps i woud say start out wit 120 pounds for legs if ur startin out if u got stronger legs and work em out alot then rep 200 or more

  • ok...this is the thing.. your heading down a good path. your willing to lift everyday and thats all u need. ok i noticed that my lifting always just made me cut with no bulk no matter how hard i tried or how much weight. it looks the same for u as it does me soo what you need wich is what fixed my problem for getting huge bulk muscles is weight gainer drinkss instead of protein... u can use both tho but i dont. GET SOME WEIGHT GAINER! :) im for real trust me, it works miracles!!! =)

  • everybody has abs its just that you must have too much fat covering them. thats why skinny fucks have cheap 6 pacs. all you need to is get rid of the thin layer of fat around your mid section some its harder to lose around that area and others it can be more easly but do cardio and you should see results

  • It all depends on your budget.

    Personally I buy the cheapest shit around, as long as its whey protein concentrate and it has low carbs/fat and high protein.

    I buy protein powder online in bulk amounts (4kgs or more) works out cheaper that way.

  • Yeah jogging's a good fat burning exercise and it will also warm you up for your main workout.

  • It wont make you much smaller. If you want to lose your stomach fat you will have to do cardio one way or another, may as well do it by jogging to the gym.

    Either that or you could fast, but you'd probably lose more weight overall (muscle included) while cardio burns more fat then muscle as long as you know what you're doing.

  • Yeah dude you know nothing about working out...fasting? You don't fast if you call yourself a "bodybuilder". REAL bodybuilders consume shittons of calories a day. You also have no muscle in your arms, or chest.

  • I know it is nice to have muscles when you are training, BUT BUT BUT when you stop training your muschles will be fat, yes they will be fat, so i dont recommend you to train and eat only proteins now if you dont want to train for de next 30 years.

  • lmfao? shouldn't train everyday? Hit the gym hard, heavy weights and eat a lot of protein, dont give a fuck about dieting, eat eat eat, and push push push, hit the gym everyday lol.

    As for going to the gym everyday well that's going to make it harder to bulk up, your muscles need recovery time so 3-4 workouts a week is fine.

  • well.. my advise from lots of research is to eat in the morning oatmil, and lots of brown rice.. brown rice and oatmil contain lots of complex carbs.. and carbs not proteins are the thing that makes ur muscle really grow.. also gives u energy.

    But you do need a lot of protein too lol.

  • Yes, I have 4 eggs and 2 protein shakes a day. My meals per day vary a lot, sometimes I have lots of small means, sometimes three big meals.

    I agree, I need to work more on my pecs. I've just added dumbbell fly to my chest workout which, before hand, I only did bench press.

  • The best exercise for chest is the decline bench press. GIve it a try. Incline bench press is a waste of time.

  • yea i think i was the same as you when i trained for 4 months with a 5 day training, day 1 push day 2 pull day 3 push day 4 pull day 5 push and pull negative,, i used creatine and proteine stuff, and well i got to 73 kgs to 81 kgs in 4 months with a length of 1.82 cm
