  • 10 bieber fan's....

  • dislike atan 10 tane orospu çocuğuna chris'in bagetleri girsin amk

  • 10 people disliked this vid? what could there possibly be to dislike about chris adlers drumming? most like some 10 pussy ass joey jordson fans lol fuck slipknot

  • Very talented guy ^_^

  • any chance you got the rest of the splits man?

  • @weirdowithtits Ten bucks says he got the track because the song is on Guitar Hero. So no.

  • does he use a trigggegr

  • the only good thing about this band is the drums

  • @Gaffer213 I beg to differ.

  • Who's playing guitar over this??

  • Solid as a rock

  • YouTube search DAOR.... BOOM!!!

  • Somebody can say me how i can do this? please please??????

  • @donovanjordison1 you cant do this, on wrath and sacrament, they released a producer edition with the album, which gave the consumer (that being you) the split up tracks. in this case, this fine gentlemen, was playing guitar hero and stumbled across this song and was like "oh i can take the separate tracks!" all in all. you can't "do" this unless you have 5000 dollars to spend on high quality expensive audio equipment, and YEARS of experience.

  • SOOOO SOLID

  • EARGASM

  • you can still hear the guitar in your head :D

  • I'm covering this in Drop A soon, should sound sick!

  • I don't believe in humanity anymore

  • @gathalion7 why

  • 2:48 pew

  • Comment removed

  • tnx for this....

  • One thing I especially like about Chris's drumming is that it's memorable. He doesn't play the fastest beats or the craziest fills, but what he does play fits perfectly.

  • @MrMike0113 You nailed the exact reason as to why Chris is one of the best metal drummers in the game. Many of his grooves and fills have so much character to them and they're very memorable.

  • @VJelectro I'm trying to think of my favourite "Chris Adler Moment", but I can't do it. There's just so many I could pick. The section at 3:28 of this video is definitely up there, though.

  • @MrMike0113 Well said ! it's exactly my point of view :) it's all you need for a great song ;)

  • I came here to listen this drum track because it's awesome, checked the comments and see a group of faggots talking about Jesus Christ...

Oh and nerdboy1989, Im religious but I still think that Jesus sucks dicks :), so take a deep breath after reading this comment, admit that you are dumb and leave internet for the sake of humanity.

  • Idiots and stupids, Jesus Christ is a just man and holy, is the Son of powerfull God. Chris Adler is a excellent drummer, but only a simple man. Do not compare Christ (God) with Adler (a insect).

  • @nerdboy1989 ...don't start -.-

  • @nerdboy1989 Do you believe in God? We'll, you're an insect ;)

  • @nerdboy1989 Do you believe in God? We'll, you're an insect ;)

  • @nerdboy1989 Jesus doesn't exist LOL i've been yelling at god calling him a goatwhore and stuff and he hasn't done anything so he's pretty much out of the picture by now. So if god doesn't exist. Jesus doesn't either.

  • Who Cares About Triggers? As Long As They Can Pull It Off Good Live Who Cares? Its Not Like It Makes It any Faster. It Helps For The Fact That Im Sure Its Hard To Hit The Bass Drum With The Force Everytime.

  • Pretty simple but pretty unique! I did a cover of Reclamation so if you like drums, check it out. Keep metal

  • @Dylanman6 um.. Jesus exist too! And u shouldnt compare anyone to Jesus. No one is like Him.

  • @Theawakening777 dont get all religion-y on a band named Lamb of God. its sort of contradictional.

  • @Aquamentus92 I understand that, Im just letting that kid know that no one, not even Chris Adler is like Jesus Christ.

  • @Theawakening777 JC was just a man. Chris Adler is a god. so yeah, not even JC is like chris adler

  • @thestarvedfan No, that's where you're wrong. Chris adler is just a man, you're just a man, i'm just a man, and all these other people are just men/women. JC is not just a man. Does the Son of God mean anything to you???

  • @Aquamentus92 Being Christian doesn't limit your taste in music.

  • Damn amazing

  • The opening drum pattern is one thing I just cant seem to play. I know exactly what I must do I could even tab it off the top of my head but when i get behind the kit I become semi retarded lol

  • i am confused is the first drum line a polyrhythm ?

  • @ sabastian douchebag person

could you do better? no of course u couldnt so how do u gauge whats good or not

  • great

  • The snare sounds way different than the track.

  • 10 People Havent Been Laid To Rest

  • This isn't that special, really. What is the fuss about?

  • @sebastianjwalker guess your better then alder?

    no..... didnt think so

  • @weathermaker91 Probably not but my drum skills exceed this song by about 6 years of drumming 3 hours per day

  • @sebastianjwalker good for you.

  • @weathermaker91 U dont need to be a cook to fucking tell that the food is bad

  • @siisihqdaa haters gonna hate

  • @weathermaker91 It's not hatin to say the drumparts are easy :D

  • how many bpm?

  • Probably one of the best bass tones ive ever heard! O.0

  • Thank you!

  • How can anyone dislike this?

  • Massa de mais quém fez esse Drum Track meresse um abraço e 1000 dolares rsrs de mais

  • thanks for this man!!!!

  • Fuck!

    Badd ass #Swagg

  • His name is: Chris Fuckin Metronom Adler.

  • 2:48 BANG!

  • Epic double bass.

  • Id really like to see someone play that better

  • Dat kick drum...

  • Chris Adler is way too overrated, I see this now that I've gotten better on drums. Solid drum track, nothing spectacular..

  • @FractureTheBand no, travis barker is overrated. chris adler is one the best technical drummers out there, u got all these gay death metal dudes that blast beat the entire song. thats not metal, thats just bad music.

  • @DESTROYER68483 Technical? Hahaha right! And no where near the best, I'm sorry.. Learn your drummers.

  • @FractureTheBand There ya go again...all dick hard about who's a better drummer than who...this is some seriously solid work. Chris Adler may not be the fastest most, technifuckedly ridiculous drummer on the planet, but the guy knows how to write a steel stolid drum track with taste.

  • @JuiceofVM Yeah, he's pretty good but overrated. I learned all their best songs way early on in my drumming.. Kinda got over him. Solid tracks though, I'll admit!

  • @FractureTheBand Chris Adler is one of the most underrated drummers ever. Now, if you're talking overrated look at Lars Ulrich and Travis Barker. Chris Adler never gets the respect he deserves, except from die-hard Lamb of God fans.

  • @FractureTheBand Also, watched your drumming videos, if that's in fact you, then you have no room to say anything about Chris Adler.

  • @5starburrito Love the name!

  • @FractureTheBand not every fucking song has to be spectaculaer you fucking retard

  • this is better than sex!!!! my girl like whats so amzin about this....n i Told her to gtfo...

only musicians can understand how adler is a beast.techniacal drummer...who doesnt just do blast beats

  • Amazing, where did you get this?

  • @Palmton18 Album might have it.. And rockband.

  • @FractureTheBand how did you get it on your computer?

  • Anyone else think the snare sounds like a balloon popping?

  • He may not be using "triggers" per se, but that kick is definitely replaced with a sample, which is essentially the same thing (you trigger it from the mic signal). Triggers aren't necessarily used for inconsistent drumming anymore, but more of just a tool for studio use if you can't get a decent raw kick sound. I'd say porbably 98% of all modern metal records use samples in one way or another, either for complete replacement or for re-enforcement.

  • @XGuitarBoiX Finally, an intelligent person who KNOWS what he is talking about before he opens his mouth.

  • @XGuitarBoiX Watched him play, no samples or triggers in his playing. Studio or live.

  • @iPROFITDON Uh.. Roland Td7 module, DDrum accoustic triggers.

  • @iPROFITDON He does have a trigger pad next to him which sets of a (Sounds like) a gun shot But all his kick drums are just the raw sound of the bass drum but it's has been EQ so it sounds fat and punchy :)

  • To all retards chris adler doesnt use triggers at all

  • can u tell me whos caring bout triggered or not? this is just worst KICKASS drumming outta hell! KICK THE SHIT OUTTA THEM! \m/

  • Can recognize Superior Drummer sound from miles.

  • triggers . . . idc what he said

  • he says it in clinics..he said on modern drummer..he doesnt use triggers, he just kicks hard..im not saying triggers are bad..but the man said it himself..ive been to a clinic of his

  • @pifa4life haha with the pedals he uses theres no need for triggers:) especially on top of being chris adler

  • It's not triggered, Chris himself said he does not use triggers

  • It's definately triggered guys. Every top level musician uses triggers, just because the bass drum would sound not like a small hit, but like if it's a longer hit. It's ok, you still need to hit every note to get the beat you want. It's just for the sound, not the amount of hits.

  • @ikjeweetwel

lol no bro, Chris Adler doesnt use triggers ;P

  • @ikjeweetwel not every top level musician uses Triggers only the people in death Metal do because there playing so fast the bass drum becomes hard to hear so they use triggers for the perfect sound

  • @ikjeweetwel u dont need triggers if u know how to eq

dave lombardo never uses triggers and his live bass drum sound still has that "click" while still having tht natural tone of the shells

  • @ikjeweetwel you're right that it's trigger but wrong in saying that every top level musician uses them.

  • @ikjeweetwel not every top musician uses triggers, jon karal dosnt and he plays metal, check him out he does review on the tama iron cobras, not all drummers want that clarity that triggers give once you get up to a certain speed you cant really tell where the notes are being played some people like that.

  • @ikjeweetwel : Yeah, the effort is the same, but as much as i like log, i still think, the kick looses a lot of its wuality, its sund, its vibe by triggering it and turning it to an always same sounding machine. jazz drummers never use them. I think, without them, the drum sounds more real.

  • @ikjeweetwel i saw the guy from the wretched end not using them, at least i think i did. BUt yeah triggers can make it too easy for people, but its kinda like a guitarist using a compression sustainer which isnt frowned upon at all. Doesnt make a difference anyway, if you dont use triggers the studio will probably normalize the kick p edal anyway. Its just whatever sounds good, liek check randys vocals only stuff out on sacrament, he uses loads of stuff to thicken his voice up but it sounds rad

  • @ikjeweetwel He does not use triggers live though, which is pretty impressive because he is pretty close to perfect when he plays live most of the time.

  • @ikjeweetwel not all of them, they might use a key input of a low frequency to help the bass drum, but not every guy out there uses trigger

  • @ikjeweetwel Lol, He doesn't use triggers, he did a interview, and played it on a stock drumset.

  • @ikjeweetwel In fact, he dont use triggers.

  • 2:16 see who give a fuck!

  • funnest song to jam to

  • Well I mean it is eq'ed in a studio so that may be why but from what I've heard he doesn't use them in studio recording.

  • The bass on this album is NOT triggered chris Adler prefers recording with a natural untriggered sound

  • @rmarc11 it's obviusly triggered. each bass hit sounds the exact same. i like the sound too.

  • @ajrapps why would it be triggered??? top level musicians are nothing if not consistent

  • @ThrowingItAway just by listening to it you can tell. I'm a drummer and I've been in studio with drummers who use triggers whenever they're available. they give a much cleaner sound to the drums and especially if you're consistent. so consistency would only lean more towards using triggers. It's not a handicap, it's a useful tool just like all the other drum mics used in recording...

  • @ajrapps its definatly not triggered

  • @GrumpySniper17 Sounds like it to me. And really it doesn't matter eitehr way whether he used mics or triggers to produce his drums sound. It sounds good

  • @GrumpySniper17 you definately dont know anything about drums

  • @GrumpySniper17 its triggered

  • @CloverFONZii yea it no triggerss. u dumb.. been to his concerts n modern drummer..even tho he aint black that nigga got a strong ass foot xD..thats how u kno u da greatest when ppl complain

  • @ajrapps Agreed

  • Chris Adler is fucking Jesus

  • @haddyzu no last time i checked chris adler isn't gay. he might b a druming god but he ain't fucking jesus. naw i,m oj xD

  • @haddyzu more like the dark prince but i concur xD

  • @haddyzu how you dare!!

    he's God

  • @haddyzu how you dare!!!

    he's God!!

  • @haddyzu i hope he wears a condom...

  • @haddyzu No because Chris Adler exists.

  • Laid to Rest - perfect name. This song is going in my funeral list of songs. No boring parlor music for me!

  • is the bass drum triggerd ? sounds too good

  • @sergiudrummer chances are it is. nearly all metal drum tracks are nowadays. it wouldnt sound nearly as tight or together if it weren't, even if the drummer was playing perfectly even.

  • @DjHysterik9 definitly not

  • Drum is triggered...

  • @DjHysterik9 Yes. ALOT of bands are. Nickelback, Here Comes The Kraken, FFDP, A Day To Remember, all of them. It's not to make you faster or anything, and it's actually harder to play with the at fast speeds. You can hear the mistakes ALOT easier. It's only to balance the sound of the bass so it all plays the same sound, like the big meaty pound it should.

  • @RaverWhiteLight

Nickelback sucks so much dick.... how dare you compare them to Lamb of God.

  • @xxGingerPowerxx Yeah, that as a bad comparison.

  • This perfect to play along to :D

  • Can you please tell me how you got this? I know they have studio editions for Sacrament and Wrath, but Ashes of the Wake too? I can't find any information on that...

  • @olsalesd Lamb of God released producer's editions of sacrament and wrath, you can mix and match which instrument tracks you want to hear.

  • @yootoobdude No you fucking moron look at what I said. I know they have studio editions for SACRAMENT AND WRATH but this song (Laid to Rest) is off of their ASHES OF THE WAKE album which came out before Sacrament and Wrath. I've never seen a studio edition of Ashes of the Wake.

  • fuuuuu mark morton is in my head shreddin it up right now :)

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! HOW IS HE THIS GOOD?!?!?!!?!

  • 9 fags are fags

  • I played the whole guitar track with my vocal cords.... my girlfriend was so impressed xD

  • @999storm999

She must be easily impressed. Lucky for you, especially in the sack =P

  • @999storm999

    what?

  • @999storm999 Did you film it? It would be very nice to see it :D

  • @999storm999 hahahah niceeee. keepin it real man.

  • @999storm999 i thought only me !

  • @999storm999 lol hell yeah man, my boyfriend was impressed too!!! xD <3

  • i can see that 9 people "dislike" this. WHAT THE FUCK!?

  • @killemo213 your doing it wrong, its WHO GIVES A FUCK?!

  • this track just 99% fits the fucking song so well its perfect. BUT not quite there e.e that 1 % bugs me...like 1 thing is missing..idk what it is x3 but ill figure it out. but it goes with the song so well. chris you are a musical percussionist genius

  • god damn!!!! chris adler is a maniac!!! i fuckin love it!!! LOG bitches!!!

  • i heard the guitar in my hand. i used to use guitar hero 2 on practice mode and just play over that

  • @HowRude666 The music lamb of god plays doesn't require him to be fast, but he does have very quick and accurate hands. Listen to forggot lost angels drum track... He shows hand speed and at a part very fast feet speed.

  • It's fun to play the bass, guitar and vocals, and drum videos at the same time.

  • O_O

  • ...Lay This To Rest!

  • You can't help but fucking headbang to this!

  • @MADMANx511 so true... i started to air drum

  • must.. headbang...

  • @SpiritCrusher1987 resist the urge man!!!!!

  • @SpiritCrusher1987 most people bang there head to the beat of the drums. thats really cool

  • @SpiritCrusher1987 oww, i got whiplash

  • Has anyone seen his drumkit live..
