Corona lighters have 2 ports that the gas comes out of creating a larger flame at the top specifically for cigar lighting. The gas does not start flowing untill you open the lid. The lighting mechanism is a rollagas with a flint. Great lighters

Great video. I would not use a Bic to light a nice cigar as the low-grade butane can leave soot and draw a bad taste through the cigar. It's still better than a Zippo or other fluid lighter, though.
