This guy is unbelievably stupid! Alchemy and block when he could have all the other useful stuff (security because he picked stealth and also the social stuff which again goes along with stealth) and he thinks stead is good when you need the agility, but he saved himself at thief.

@wussypussssy and armorer is quite useless, you can go to a store and repair it all, if you need money just steal and sell.+ it would be better to choose a little bit more aggresive magic in case the enemy is too agile and can´t shoot him, you can just burn him at touch ;)

I usually prefer conjuration than block for my Archer characters. If I'm detected and an enemy comes close, I think it's practical to make an Atronach tank for me than to attempt to soak the foe's blows myself. I feel the same way in Skyrim. Morrowind? Well, I always cheated my way to a Psuedo-God at Level 1, so it didn't really apply. Great vid btw.

@Kudlakoun For earlier levels you would not exactly be able to kill enemies before they reached you. Also in close quarter situations such as being in a cave, blocking would prove handy.

The "best" race for anything is a breton. A few bonuses to a skill don't mean anything in the late game and breton's 50% magic resistance is OP.

What about acrobatics? At Journeyman, you can dodge attacks by block + directional jump

Have you ever tried an archer with illusion magic? It allows you to stun and paralyze etc. opponent, giving a much more dynamic gameplay focused around kiting and completely avoiding enemys from hitting you.

IMO thats by far the most fun and effective way to play an archer
